While we make every effort to ensure your goods arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we've made the return process easier now to allow for a hassle-free online shopping experience!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to make returns/exchange. You must send back and postmark your return/exchange packages within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s).
Please note that returns/exchanges must be initiated and the return/exchange packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s). Returns/Exchanges made after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and there is a possibility that refunds may not be processed for returns/exchanges dropped off or shipped back after the 30-days period.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN//EXCHANGE?
STEP 1: Please contact customer service : tch-@outlook.com, and servicer will guide your how to return.
STEP 2: Prepare your package
- Pack your return/exchange securely, make sure to place the items in the original internal packaging.
- Affix your shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
STEP 3: Ship it
When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest post location.
What happens next about return?
We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive your return and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
Will I Be Charged a Return/Exchange Shipping Fee?
Yes, a return/exchange shipping fee will be paid by customer, TCH does not support the parcel delivery. TCH has the right to disagree with the return or exchange of the order if the return package is not paid for. Please know that.

Note:
If you've already returned items from an order and wish to return/exchange additional items, a fee will be charged for each new return. To avoid incurring multiple fees for the same order, we recommend returning all unwanted items together in a single shipment.
If you discover we sent the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or poor-quality products,please take pictures of the items you received and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.(We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
#Product Not Fit Well:
1.You can choose to exchange it by paying the shipping fee, contact us to confirm the detail.
2.You can choose to return, contact us to get our address.
Then ship them back, shipping fee covered by customer.
#Delivered Unsuccessful:
1.If the package is not successfully sent due to the wrong address provided by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused. So please confirm the shipping address again after finish the bill.
2. If the package is sent to the wrong address or lost by the transportation company, we can free resend the package to you or full refund you.
#Package not received:
1. Customs clearance: Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. Therefore, once the package is sealed, you should contact customs.
2. The transportation status is stagnant for a long time: If the package status is stagnant for a long time, we suggest you contact the local post office to check it for you. At the same time, you should contact us to confirm the situation.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package
To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
About Return Address:
Please do not return the product directly to the original address on the package. If you need to return the product, please contact us by email first. We will provide our mailing address after you send an email application and pass it.
*Some restrictions apply:
1. Only within 30 days after received it.
2. The product is Intact in its original state and packaging.
3. Apparel has the original tags attached.
4. Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
5. Products without damage, stain, deformation, cleaning and use trace.
NOTE: Only if it is approved, after we receive the return and check it, we will inform you whether your return is approved or not, if it is approved, we will process the refund in 1-3 business days.
The refund time depends on the payment method:
Shopify Payments/PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours.
Please note the following important points:Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, according to the guidelines mentioned above.
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
The time it takes for refunds to be processed and appear in your account can vary depending on your payment method and provider.
